Kinta Intelligence · a receipt panel for FMCG brands

Know what Serbia really buys.

Households scan their fiscal receipts. Kinta verifies every one with the Tax Administration, reads every line, and turns them into a Monday brief your team can send as it is.

What a Monday looks like

Read the sentence. Open the receipts. Send the slide.

Every screen in Kinta Intelligence works the same way. Three gestures, and your Monday is done before the tables open.

  1. The Monday brief card in Kinta Intelligence: a sentence with its badge, its chart and its base

    Read the sentence.

Every story starts with a conclusion and its badge. The chart is under it, the proof is a click away.

The sentence you send the director on Monday morning. No table, no attachment.

  2. The evidence drawer: the receipts behind a number, the query in words and the line marked on a fiscal receipt from Sombor

    Open the receipts.

Behind every number, the receipts that made it: the query in words, the receipts as paper, the line in question marked.

When finance asks where the 71 % came from, you show them a receipt from Sombor.

  3. A slide made from a chart: the conclusion as its title, the chart, a So what box and the base in the footer

    Send the slide.

One click: the conclusion is the title, the chart is the picture, the “So what” is on the right, the base and the period are in the footer.

The monthly meeting is built from the app in ten minutes. Not from Excel in two days.

The screens

One panel. Twelve screens. One question each.

Your Monday in one sentence, four numbers with their intervals, what moved, what needs attention.

In practice A change smaller than its interval is noise. You do not defend it in the meeting.

Why you can defend the number

Every figure says how sure it is.

A badge is computed from k, the number of households behind the number. It is never set by hand, and it travels onto every slide and every sheet.

  1. k < 20

    LOCKED

Under 20 households. Nothing is shown, and the panel says when it expects to unlock.

  2. 20 ≤ k < 50

    DIRECTIONAL · k=34

From 20 households. Read as a direction, not a result.

  3. k ≥ 50

    ESTIMATE ±3.4 pp

From 50 households, with its 95 % interval. A change smaller than the interval is noise.

  4. Counted

    FACT

A verified observation: a price actually paid, a receipt counted. Nothing is inferred, so there is no interval.

  • k ≥ 20 on every number
  • anonymised at ingestion, ZZPL and GDPR aligned
  • fiscally verified on every receipt

How the panel is built

From a receipt to a panel, every day at 06:00.

  1. 01

    Scan

A household scans the QR code on its receipt in the Kinta app.

  2. 02

    Verify

The receipt is confirmed with the Tax Administration. Unconfirmed receipts never enter the panel.

  3. 03

    Read the lines

Every line gets a product, a quantity, a price paid, a store and a time.

  4. 04

    Panel

An anonymised aggregate of households, refreshed every day at 06:00.

Pilot · 90 days

We start with your three questions.

In twelve weeks you have the answers, and a decision. A short digest arrives on Mondays; every day the panel works for you.

  1. Week 1 Setup

Workspace, lines, competitors and the chains we track.

  2. Week 4 First report

The monthly review: share, prices, promotions, basket.

  3. Week 12 Final report and decision

What the panel showed, and whether we continue. No obligation after.

Example questions to start from

  1. Who came back to our brand after the shortage, and who stayed with private label?
  2. Where are we losing price to private label, and in which chain?
  3. What sits in the basket with our product, and what does it mean for pack and shelf?

The engine

The panel runs on an app people use every day.

The Kinta app helps households in Serbia scan receipts and keep a budget. Every number above exists because a receipt was scanned.
